Ce condo a été réservé avec de nombreux clients heureux au cours des derniÚres années, et maintenant les nouveaux propriétaires améliorent et le rendent encore meilleur. Les anciennes critiques ne passent pas à ce 5 étoiles, directement sur l'emplacement premium de Grace Bay Beach. Nous avons ajouté quelques commentaires dans notre section photo de notre livre d'or - tous stellaires!

Le Grandview on Grace Bay est une station balnĂ©aire situĂ©e directement sur la plage de Grace Bay, et inclus comme l'une des propriĂ©tĂ©s les plus magnifiquement placĂ©es de l'Ăźle. Avec seulement 18 suites rĂ©sidentielles privĂ©es entiĂšrement climatisĂ©es (parfaitement adaptĂ©es aux couples ou aux familles), vous avez une atmosphĂšre intime, vous n'ĂȘtes pas submergĂ© par la foule, tout en Ă©tant situĂ© prĂšs de toutes les commoditĂ©s.

Vous avez une vue sur Grace Bay de ce condo de luxe, et ĂȘtes littĂ©ralement Ă  quelques pas de la piscine et de la plage de Grace Bay. De plus, cette suite d'angle merveilleusement dĂ©corĂ©e dispose de fenĂȘtres vers l'ouest pour admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil sur Grace Bay.

Ce condo de 2 chambres a environ 1900 pieds carrés, vous avez donc plus que suffisamment d'espace pour agrandir. La suite principale comprend un lit king-size et une salle de bain principale avec douche séparée et baignoire jacuzzi. La deuxiÚme chambre comprend un lit queen et deux lits jumeaux pour ces besoins supplémentaires. La cuisine gastronomique est la perfection - avec des comptoirs en granit, un refroidisseur de vin intégré et comprend tout pour répondre à vos besoins.

La propriété comprend une piscine et un bain à remous design, une connexion Wi-Fi dédiée (nous en avons tous besoin à notre époque), une salle de bains, une salle de sport sur place, pratique pour le golf et le casino - et à distance de marche des restaurants gastronomiques, des supermarchés et des boutiques. Des chaises de plage sont situées à la piscine et à la plage pour votre confort, et placées pour vous chaque jour!

Prime location with beach access. The place itself was spacious and lovely. The main AC was in the living room and ceiling fans in every room. The premises were well maintained with pool access. Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas for guest only were set up daily for us (almost like a concierge service). We loved it here. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun in the Sun

Very relaxing stay at this magnificent condo. Everything was exactly as pictured and this is the first place we have stayed in the caribbean that was fully stocked (no need to buy trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent etc.). We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Location on Grace Bay

Everything about this condo was amazing - perfectly situated on Grace Bay with steps from our back porch, amenities of the complex (pool, hot tub, beach chairs and umbrellas) were very clean and well maintained, the condo was spacious and met all our needs, and the staff made our stay a memorable one. Can’t wait to get back!

fabulous location with all you need for a family stay

Our family has long been coming to Grace Bay for a winter break. Our children are now young adults so we need more space, and they are a little more picky than they were when we used to put them on a fold out couch! This unit was spacious, clean, well equipped, and most importantly on what we believe is the best stretch of beach on the entire island. In fact, our youngest protested anytime we suggested to pack up a rental car and visit our usual haunts because she never wanted to leave. We even took Charles’s suggestion of freezing meat and checking a bag and made good use from the barbeque during our stay. Regina the property manager was excellent. Thank you very much!

Perfect getaway

This property was well maintained with beautiful grounds on a perfect stretch of beach. The condo included everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The building was quiet with plenty of beach and pool loungers and it was close to some bigger hotels with restaurants. We didn’t rent a car this time and were able to walk to the grocery store and shopping. We did 2 excursions and both tour operators picked us up at the property. The location is perfect. Regina, the island coordinator, met us at the condo on arrival and was extremely helpful with information and everything we needed. It was a beautiful stay and we will definitely return

Grandview Paradise

Our stay at the Grandview was spectacular. The unit was perfect for our family which included small children. It is a groundfloor unit with wonderful views of the grounds and the beach as well as easy access. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Everything we needed to prepare meals was there, but it also was close to many restaurants and shops when we went out. The complex also is well kept and well appointed for spending time outdoors. We felt very secure. Regina was very helpful and answered all our questions. There is also a folder in the unit which also gave great information. I would highly recommend staying here and my grandkids are already asking to return next year.

Paradise at Grandview on GraceBay

This was our second year staying at Grandview. The location is amazing. Everything was great. Great recs from Charles especially on bringing some food in a checked bag. Really helped us cut down on grocery/eating out costs. The only hiccup we had were the TV and Wi-Fi were not working well initially and we wanted to watch college basketball playoffs. Regina helped us over the phone and we were able to remedy that without any further problems. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation

Our family stayed here over spring break and loved every minute. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, with an easy walk to the beach. Great communication with the property manager. Our kids had a blast and cannot wait to come back to TCI.

Charles was a most excellent host and his property was extremely clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property for future visits as it is within walking distance to many good restaurants and the private beach is literally a minute walk out the lanai!!

Perfect Rental for our Family

Our family had an amazing stay at this rental property. Regina was able to help us check in quickly and give us a quick tour to welcome us. She was very prompt with answering any questions or concerns throughout our stay. The location of the property allows you to be close to everything you could need, while still being quiet and secure. Since the unit is on the first floor and so close to both the pool and beach it was easy to take both of our young children back and forth multiple times a day. We also loved having the screened in porch to be able to dry off/change towels etc. before walking inside. We used the grill several times, which was very convenient. We hope to return and stay there again!

Great condo and location

Grandview 106 was perfect for our stay. The condo is on the eastern end of Grace Bay. It is right on the beach. The condo is well equipped, spacious, clean and modern. We did use a rental car but would have loved to scooter or bike instead. Everything to do is nearby—no more than a 10 minute drive. The pool, hot tub and boardwalk to the beach are right outside the back glass door. The outdoor furniture is well maintained and the beach chairs, tables and umbrellas are set up for use every morning. The beach outside the condo is sugar sand and the water is crystal clear. The reef along Grace Bay beach is further west so no snorkeling at the condo—you may see some fish. There’s water sports available right next to the condo. I was a little nervous about checking in because I did not arrange for international service and could not connect to wifi at the airport. We trusted the airport parking lot attendant and drove “straight” towards the tallest building (the Ritz) then turned after a casino. And as if by magic Regina appeared to welcome us. It turned out we didn’t miss being connected, wifi at the condo was enough. Everything on vacation is pricey but be prepared, Turks and Caicos seems to be a little more. Provision at the grocery store for easy eating and drinking—it’s still more than you’re going to be used to but helps. The wine establishment is close by and remarkably reasonable with great recommendations and tastings. Lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Grandview. Communication with Regina and Charles was great. The condo was well stocked to meet all of our needs. It is located on a beautiful stretch of Grace Bay beach and within walking distance to restaurants. We are looking forward to returning to this beautiful property.

Amazing place!

I cannot say enough good things about the Grandview. The location is perfect-close enough to restaurants and shopping, but an uncrowded part of Grace Bay. The condo comes with plenty of supplies (beach towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, toys, etc) which helps with what is needed for suitcases. There is a full size kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils. Regina and Charles provided excellent communication before and during our stay. The murphy bed was very nice and allowed for everyone to be comfortable for the week. The fireworks over the condo was such a beautiful surprise! We will definitely stay in this condo the next time we return to this beautiful island!

Paradise!

6 adults stayed in this gorgeous condo for the week of June 3rd-10th. With a washer/drier in the condo, we were able to pack light. Full sized beach towels were provided, along with many other amenities. We don't usually prefer the floor units, but this couldn't have been more PERFECT! Literally walk right out to the pool (no noise from there, which we were leery of), or straight onto the short boardwalk to the beach. The chairs and umbrellas were set up every morning, we never struggled for a place to hang out. The shops are a short walk to get to, along with a pier, and lots of fantastic restaurants. We didn't rent a car, we just planned ahead for our transportation to and from the airport. The beach was STUNNING, the water insanely clear, and we would 100% rent from here again.

Perfect location and condo!

This condo is located in the heart of Grace Bay Beach. This is a first floor unit, just a few steps from the pool and beach. The condo is walking distance to several restaurants and a short drive to the grocery store. It is well maintained and has been renovated recently. Regina, the on-site contact person, is extremely warm, welcoming, and helpful. She will go out of her way to make sure you have a wonderful trip. The check in/out process was very easy. We are a family of four with two daughters, ages 15 and 11. We had plenty of space. I highly recommend this unit! My only suggestion is to provide additional water/ beach toys (e.g., beach paddle ball). Sand toys were provided.

What a wonderful place to stay! The pictures tell the entire story - extremely clean and very well taken care of. Charles made the booking process very easy and Regina met us for the check in and checked on us during our stay. I would not hesitate at all on recommending this beautiful condo!
