Island Adventure

This beautiful house offers a peaceful, scenic setting in a less developed area of the island, making it perfect for those who prefer a quieter, more authentic island living experience. While driving is straightforward, grocery stores and restaurants are about 10–20 minutes away. The property is well equipped, and the manager was incredibly sweet and helpful.

Beautiful Home

We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights with 4 adults and 1 child. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The view is even better than in the pictures. We enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach, which was easily walkable. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked several meals there. The check in and check out process were easy and the host provided great info about the area. We’d definitely stay there again!

Amazing Stay

The host was amazing and extremely helpful. She provided a map and made a ton of suggestions for things we could do during our stay. Every bed had a king sized bet and was really comfortable and the AC was a life saver. Would stay here again in the future, but will note that you'll need a car to get around.

Perfect Family Retreat!

In the moment you walk into the home, you just feel that you are in God's creation looking out over the amazing ocean! The house is beautiful and very equipped. We cooked home several nights, had a chef come twice and went out for dinner twice. Make your way down to the beach by the house to snorkel to see the green sea turtles. Christina was wonderful and helped with anything we needed. Top rated experience!

Wonderful stay

What a stunning property! Even larger in person than the pictures show. You cannot beat the views. We had the best time during our trip. After exploring all day it really was a gorgeous oasis to return to. Extremely clean and well-appointed. Christine was lovely and gave us the best recommendations for beaches and restaurants to visit. Highly recommend!

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!!

I celebrated my 50th birthday in Turks with my husband and friends. We had an amazing time but the icing on the cake was the Blue Turtle Villa! It was very clean (and I am very picky) and the furniture/decor was top notch. The view from the living room was awesome! The pool/deck area was our goto spot after a long day on the water! Make sure to walk down to the beach (only 8 min) and snorkel near the buoy to your left. We saw several turtles and tons of fish! We will definitely be returning to Turks and this is the only villa we will stay in!!!

Wow, wow, wow!!!

The owners of this villa have outdone themselves! Not only is the villa an architectural masterpiece visually but all the little details they have thought out are much appreciated. A very well stocked kitchen, comfortable seating, beautifully and well thought out bathrooms and very comfortable beds!!! There is nothing we could think of for them to improve upon. It is in a very safe neighbourhood and the easy walk to the beach is very enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised to find out there were two lunch/drink spots you can walk to. The snorkelling out front is abundant and you can easily find the turtles. We used a driver at night to go to a few resaurants but the villa was so beautiful we found ourselves staying in and cooking because we didn't want to leave!!! I can't wait to go back.

Amazing house with an amazing view!

This house is absolutely incredible! Just like the photos. Talk ceilings with large windows give you an amazing view of the ocean from everywhere in the house. Love waking up w a cup of coffee and sitting on the deck chairs every morning. The house is a great location on the island and close to a lot of great beaches and restaurants. Just a short 8 min walk down to a cute little beach with great snorkeling. The property manager was great at check in and walked us through the map of the island and pointed out a bunch of suggestions for beaches and restaurants that truly made our stay exceptional. Highly recommend Turks and Caicos and this house!!

Place is perfect, just as you see it on line. Easy walk to Babula beach. Avril, Prop. Mngr, is wonderful, easy check in, great tips where to go, what to see. Checked in on us along the way. Great house for 6 adults or a family.

Heaven on Earth

Wow, wow, & wow! This Blue Turtle Villa property was beyond our wildest dreams! Going into this we knew the decor and view were going to be stunning with all the pictures provided but when you actually walk through the front door, it takes your breath away! The property stands true to all the beautiful photos, the location is peaceful & quiet and the Balabua beach which is just a 5 min walk down from the property was perfect for capturing sea turtle sightings for that quick morning snorkel! AM Management went over the top in welcoming us with a beautiful fruit basket and bottle of champagne to kick off my birthday celebration. Avril was easy to communicate with, stayed on top of our arrival, met us at the house and was so friendly. For all our questions, she was very accommodating. She even shared with us some of her favorite restaurant spots to check out as well as great places for beach parking which was a huge help! The host recommendations for dinner at Sui Ren (exclusive), Coco Bistro (wonderful ambiance) -we'd like to add Coco Van for lunch, Hemingway's on the beach & the Rockhouse (for drinks) did not disappoint and highly recommend as well. We also recommend the private chef experience at this beautiful home with Caico's Cuisine (Chef: Jonathan Krespil) - it was the icing on the cake to this amazing T&C experience! NOTE: Bring your snorkel gear if you have it...so many wonderful places right off the beaches to capture sea turtles, sting rays, and an array of fish!

Dream house for a fantastic vacation

This was a fantastic house for our family vacation. It has to die for views, is well-designed and impeccably clean, and is located close to a private beach and town. Everyday we'd go the local beach and then finish with a dip in the pool. Christina is great host! She was very responsive, professional and helpful. Highly recommend!

Wonderful villa for three couples to spend a week

What a beautiful villa and an even more amazing view! The house is set up perfectly for three couples to enjoy themselves together, as well as having privacy in beautiful bedroom retreats. Beds are very comfortable. and baths are wonderful. Every detail has been thought out. Kitchen is equipped very well. Outdoor space is fantastic with comfortable seating in and out of sun. We skipped the beach a few days and just enjoyed the pool and view. We actually prefer staying higher up than on the beach. Walk to the beach is easy and there are even a few beach resorts close so you can walk and have a cocktail or meal overlooking the beautiful water. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!! And Christina was so helpful and a lovely host.
