We rented the 3 bedroom portion of the house and it was the perfect size for a family of 4. There are two studios attached to the house which are accessible via the main entrance. Very limited interaction. The house was clean and tidy upon arrival. The property was well stocked. The kitchen was well equipped. There were enough towels and toilet paper in the bathrooms. The washer and dryer are new and were very efficient. The property has mini-splits in every room which was wonderful as my family likes to stay frigid.The kitchen and living room combo are on the 2nd floor which was perfect for views and hanging out. There are games and a variety of books to choose from. There is also a deck on the 2nd floor which has enough room to seat 10 people for dinner. The bedrooms are on the smaller side but was fine for sleeping. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds but they are on a low profile base very close to the floor. One bedroom is an ensuite. The bedroom with the bunkbed was a hit with our son. The house is close to everything. 3 minute drive to the closest beach access - 20 minutes for the western most section of Grace Bay beach. Grocery stores were a 10-15 minute drive depending on which you went to. The main Grace Bay resort/shopping area was an easy 10 minute drive. Jade, the property manager, was spectacular. She provided beach and restaurant recommendations and wasted no time jumping in to help when needed. Jade is 6 out of 5 stars.
