The room was pretty good, spacious and clean. The sliding doors and large windows need cleaning. The windows are disgusting. The outdoor furniture was not cleaned from the day of arrival. Sand was still on the floor and tables 5 days later. Also the kitchen countertops need a good scrub as it appears it has not been deep cleaned. All that’s done are cosmetic touch ups. The food was mediocre. The menu is the same for all dining areas. Breakfast was ok. The food is mostly luke warm and the chef’s special was a guessing game. The property is well maintained and pretty. If it rains you cannot sit on any of the seating areas as the cushions, chairs etc is soaked until the sun dries it out. So evening cocktails around the fire pit only happened 2 nights out of 5. Be prepared to tip everyone for the smallest thing. The staff was incredibly welcoming upon arrival but leaving they were not as warm.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was also perfect—convenient and close to key attractions. The only thing was there was seaweed but that’s something the hotel can’t control and at that there wasn’t even a lot. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I would happily stay here again!

The staff was FANTASTIC. They were all so helpful and kind and gave us great advice on where to eat and what to do in the area. The room was clean and comfortable, and it is very quiet. Its not a super big hotel which is part of its charm. Its right on the beach. The buffet breakfast was great, with the typical American breakfast options. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended this hotel to friends and family. A big thank you to the staff for such a pleasant stay.

Beach was great-- no fighting for chairs and set up serivce was awesome! Beautiful quiet,peaceful, relaxing resort. Breakfast got old after a few days and buffet food was cold. Also, many flies swarming the breakfast food area...annoying! Pool fountain tiles need cleaning and some replaced. Room 106A needs updates- bed/washer/dryer, couch(skimpy, flat and outdated) Overall, a great relaxing time, very friendly workers. They will need to keep updating refreshing to stay competitive with newer resorts being built. *Pizza ar restaurant was yummy and reasonable priced. Be prepared for high drink prices! Again: beautiful beach and view!!

Clean room, very comfortable bed with nice sheets/covers. Bathroom clean, spacious with lots of hot water for showers. Breakfast was more than plenty: besides what they offer at breakfast buffet you can ask to have eggs done anyway (may I suggest an egg white omelette with the fixings, delicious) Staff very kind, prompt and helpful. The pool is pristine and the beach well taken care of! We had no trouble getting chairs or lounges. Thank you to all the staff and Merry Christmas!

We just returned from our latest trip to West Bay Club and, once again, it was fantastic. This place continues to be one of our absolute favorite resorts on Grand Cayman. From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel like family – everyone is genuinely warm, attentive, and quick to help with anything you need. The rooms (we had an ocean-view suite) were spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Housekeeping does an outstanding job every single day. The property itself is lovely: quiet, beautifully landscaped, great pools, and that perfect stretch of Seven Mile Beach is literally steps away. Kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel gear – everything is complimentary and in great condition. Breakfast buffet: still one of the most generous spreads you’ll find on the island with an omelet station, bacon, sausage, pastries, yogurt, juices, etc. There was tons of variety, but I’ll be honest – it wasn’t quite up to the very high standard we’ve experienced here in previous years. The pancakes had a slightly sour/off taste (possibly the batter sat out a bit too long), and the fresh fruit selection, while plentiful, wasn’t as ripe and sweet as we remember. Minor nitpicks in an otherwise excellent experience, and certainly not enough to drop my rating. At the end of the day, West Bay Club still delivers incredible value for what you get: peaceful location, top-tier service, pristine accommodations, and beachfront perfection. We’ll be back next year without hesitation. Highly recommend!
