Went into the bathroom and opened up the door and the handle fell off. Also on my side of the bed radiator baseboard was all apart and neeed to be fixed.I will be sending a picture. Will we be coming back probably not.

Beautifully decorated with numerous serene areas to relax in and all just out side of the busy Commercial St. Our immaculate room had everything we needed but was very small. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean and convenient, but toilet area is TINY

This should have been a great place - the service was excellent, everything was clean, and the location was very convenient to activities on Commercial St. Unfortunately, the area around the toilet is extremely minimal. The wall and shower are almost up against each side of the toilet, making for an extremely cramped space. This curvy girl found that she could barely fit on the toilet. (I am pear shaped, and usually wear a size 12 dress.) Given that, I can only recommend this hotel to smaller travelers.

Parking is a major issue- only 7 spots available at all times. We ended up doing overnight parking at a lot nearby that charges $40 a night. Our room also had issues with AC - couldn’t get the room any cooler than 72. Great location and very clean. Just wish I would have known the parking situation beforehand
