If vacationing in the winter, a wood stove adds atmosphere and warmth to the living room. Upstairs, you'll find a second living room plus two additional bedrooms with a full bath. Outside, the quintessential white picket fence and well manicured grounds surround the house. An inviting patio out back is the setting for summer dinner parties complete with a grill and a table with seating for 8. In front of the house are 6 Adirondack chairs, which are great for enjoying a beverage and hanging out. The generous sized driveway accommodates up to 2 cars and the ferry dock is only about a 6 minute walk from the house. There is a bike rental shop right down the street from the condo.
