alles perfekt und wie beschrieben

Die Wohnung liegt wirklich sehr zentral und nicht weit entfernt von allem, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Sehr sauber, sehr netter Vermieter, der für Fragen immer zur Verfügung steht, sich aber ansonsten dezent im Hintergrund hält! Also jederzeit wieder und nur weiter zu empfehlen!!

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und sauber. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen (Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, Rollläden, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Küchenausstattung top). Den Abend kann man im lauschigen Garten mit Lichtketten im Kerzenlicht genießen. Andreas, der Gastgeber, ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe noch nie so einen netten Gastgeber getroffen. Wir haben uns wirklich wie zuhause gefüllt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer zentraler aber ruhiger Gegend. Man kann sie dort richtig entspannen und viele Ausflüge unternehmen. Wenn ich nochmals Zypern besuche, werde ich wieder in Andreas unterkunft bleiben.

Schöne Unterkunft!

Sehr gut, die Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig, Die großen Städte und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung war total komplett eingerichtet. Der Garten war gepflegt, gut eingerichtet und schön dekoriert mit Solar- Lichterketten, so dass wir abends wunderbar draußen sitzen konnten.

Ländlich, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet

Wer ein Feriendomizil sucht, das ländlich, ruhig und sehr sauber ist, aber dennoch verkehrsgünstig (z.B. Flughafen, Autobahn, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Supermärkte, Tankstellen etc.) liegt, der ist hier genau richtig. Animateure, laute Musik und Hotelketten gibt es dort nicht, dafür aber einen äußerst hilfsbereiten, super-netten Deutsch-Zyprioten als Vermieter, der sein Haus und seinen Garten bis ins Detail sehr, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet hat und immer pflegt. Wir können die Inhalte der Homepage nur bestätigen: Es ist alles vorhanden (sogar noch viel mehr), nichts ist übertrieben dargestellt (auch bei den bisherigen Bewertungen nicht)! Wir haben in den letzten Jahrzehnten keinen Vermieter getroffen, der vergleichbar engagiert und zuvorkommend war, aber dennoch immer dezent im Hintergrund blieb. Durch einen Kurztrip in die nähere Umgebung mit zahlreichen, nützlichen Insider-Tipps von Andreas und ein gemeinsam besuchtes Konzert, konnten wir die Insel, die Bewohner und ihre Kultur bestens kennen lernen. Zypern, Ferienwohnung und Vermieter sind im Dreier-Pack DER GEHEIMTIPP für Naturfreunde, Hobby-Archäologen oder einfach nur Freunde der stillen Erholung. Aber kaum zu glauben: Nicht nur er sondern sämtliche Zyprioten waren stets bemüht und immer freundlich - besonders zu den Deutschen - aber auch zu allen anderen "Ausländern". Ein Nachteil: Unsere Ferienwoche war einfach bei diesem reichhaltigen Angebot an archäologischen Höhepunkten und vielfältigen Landschaften mit einer einzigartigen, teils endemischen Flora und Fauna - vieles direkt vor der Haustür - zu kurz. Wir müssen also wieder kommen und werden diese Ferienwohnung mit diesem Vermieter sicher wieder buchen. Familie Zimmermann

Eine schöne Urlaubswoche in Psevdas

Wir haben einen sehr netten Vermieter kennengelernt, dessen Beschreibungen auf der Homepage völlig zutreffend sind. Der Umstand, dass Andreas perfekt Deutsch spricht, hat alles sehr unkompliziert gemacht. Aber bei seiner ausgeprägten Hilfsbereitschaft wäre eine Verständigung in einer anderen Sprache sicher auch kein Problem geworden. Wir haben uns in der sehr sauberen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die zahlreichen Hinweise und Tipps von Andreas waren sehr hilfreich, die Empfehlungen waren sehr gut und sind in jedem Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Psevdas liegt für die Erkundung der Insel sehr günstig, da viele Ziele ohne ewig lange Anfahrtzeiten mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Im schön angelegten Garten kann man zwischen Ausflugstagen schön entspannen. Wir haben hier eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht. Ulrich & Ilse

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Sauberes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten, dem man an vielen Details anmerkt, dass der Vermieter eine Zeit lang in Deutschland gelebt hat. Apropos Vermieter: sehr freundlich und angenehm, hilfsbereit und mit perfektem Deutsch. Für fast alle Unternehmungen ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen; Psevdas liegt aber relativ verkehrsgünstig: Flughafen, Strände und ein paar Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

Super super super

Wir sind erst spät angekommen und mussten uns im dunkeln den Weg zum Haus suchen. Um so mehr haben wir uns über den Empfang auf der Strasse und den "Sonntags-Survival-Einkauf" gefreut, der uns über den selben gerettet hat. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und entspricht exakt den Fotos. Wir haben nichts vermisst ... vom Korkenzieher bis zur Spülmaschine ist alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte. Ganz besonderst sei hier noch die Hilfsbereitschaft zu erwähnen - vom zeigen der näheren Umgebung bis zu den Geheimtipps wo man Essen gehen sollte. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen.
