Port Ripaille: Your house right on the lake / the best of mountains and sea!

The house is located in Port Ripaille, a quiet and only accessible Condominium residents in a nature reserve near Lake Geneva.

On the ground floor of the double house are the living / dining area with an open kitchen, a toilet and a storage room. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one double, one with a sofa bed), a shower room and a toilet.

About a large sliding doors lead from the dining area in the garden, which is adjacent to the water. The marina, with channels ideal for swimming, fishing or paddling a kayak. Before the house is a terrace, two parking spaces and there are only a few meters to the pebble beach.

For our guests are available: a surfboard, a kayak, washing machine, wireless, TV / Blue-Ray, BBQ and in the system (max 3 people.): Swimming pool, tennis courts (booking / free), badminton, volleyball , basketball, table tennis, Petanque / boules, playground.

Please note that pets or smoking are not allowed in the house.

The region offers many year-round recreational opportunities. Resorts Thonon-Les-Bains and Evian-les-Bains have many offers from the areas of shopping, sporting and Kulturmöglicheiten, z. B. Rafting, golf, sailing, diving, concerts, galleries, markets, source inspection, .... Lausanne and Montreux can be reached by ferry across the lake from Thonon from. After Geneva you drive about 40 minutes by car. Thonon is a good base to explore the French Alps. Hiking and cards are in the house. It lends itself to a trip to Chamonix and Mont Blanc!
