Nice place for 5 nights

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. It was a clean place, our bed was old so we had some back issues from it. Our room had a refrigerator, that was awesome.

The rooms are pretty comfortable and have great design and amenities. But most have no window, just the frosted glass door, so it’s a bit dark. Really clean, internet works great and you can watch youtube or stream on TV. The area around is not super exciting, but it’s a 5-10 minutes walk to historic center with lots of shops and restaurants. One thing that is a bit strange is that the gate is closed and so each time you leave or come back you need to be let out/ let back in by employee. Maybe a simple fob would do the trick?

We were disappointed by this hotel. A " superior" room had major humidity damage on the wall with plaster actually flaking off on our towels, the room smelt of humidity. For a 3 nights, 2 people stay, we were given 1 very small shower gel; when we asked for more we were told there wasn't any and given shampoo instead, so we had to go around and buy some shower gel. Our room originally only had towels for 1 person. The car parking as advertised is actually only included for the night ( 8pm to 8 am) and is offsite- short walking distance. The hotel door is locked permanently so you have to ask a staff member to let you in and out all the time. Would not go back.

El lugar es pequeño pero está bien cuando quieres descansar, casi no se escuchaba ruido en la noche, la cama y las almohadas super cómodas, las habitaciones están muy amplias y el vestidor también, únicamente tuvimos inconveniente el primer día con el agua de la regadera que nos estaba saliendo fría pero lo arreglaron.

El chico que nos atendió, hizo muy amena la estancia. Aunque el hotel debe proporcionar ciertas amenidades sin costo extra, aunado a que no hay estacionamiento y hay que pagar $150.00 extras.

Es muy bueno y tranquilo, lo único que no me gusto es el estacionamiento que lo cobran aparte y además lo tienes que dejar de 8 am a 8 pm y pagas 120 pesos, pero si lo metes a las 9 o 10 pm, de todas maneras te cobran ese tiempo y si lo sacas a las 10 am te cobran esas dos horas extras

No hay desayuno, el personal no nos informó del estacionamiento adecuadamente y la gerencia se lavó las manos al pedir solución cuando pagamos 500 pesos de estacionamiento por 1 día. Pésima respuesta aun cuando habían dicho que nos reembolsarían el pago excesivo por error del personal. El hotel no es lo que está en las fotos y en la zona no hay nada.

El problema fue que el costo que me dieron por la habitación fue por el jacuzzi y lo elegí porque tengo un bebé de 1 año el cual necesito bañar en tina. La habitación no tenía agua caliente y durante mi estancia la gerencia no me respondió ni atendió mi queja, argumentando que si mi necesidad era tal, que hubiera buscado otro hotel. Levante la queja con Expedia pero tampoco me dieron respuesta
