"Ich war vom 2. bis 5. Februar 2025 in diesem Hotel. Der erste Tag war in Ordnung, aber ab dem 3. Februar bis zu meiner Abreise wurde in einem der Zimmer von 10:00 bis 18:00 Uhr gearbeitet – mit Bohren, Hämmern und anderen extrem lauten Bauarbeiten. Der Lärm war unerträglich.
Ich habe von jedem einzelnen Tag Beweisvideos aufgenommen. Als Entschädigung wurde mir lediglich ein Frühstück angeboten – das empfand ich als eine Zumutung.
Ich habe das Problem bei Ebookers gemeldet, aber die “Hilfe” war völlig nutzlos. Der Kundenservice hat mich extrem enttäuscht und verärgert."
