Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Just leave the used beds unmade
Turn of HVAC please. Lock all doors and windows.
Just leave used towels on the floor of bathrooms. Leave the cleaning to use & have a safe & easy trip home
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If you do not share the beach house rules with all your guests, you may run out of fresh water. All our beach houses have trucked in fresh water
To Avoid extra cleaning fees, keep all dogs off beds and furniture. Bring your own doggies towels and your own beach towels.
