Newling remodeled entire 2 bedroom Princesa Condo, Unit E302. Private patio with West Facing Sunset Ocean Views. Just steps away from sand in your toes and a jump into the ocean. Resort amenities include multiple pools, hot tubs, restaurant, bar, volleyball court, and newly remodeled gym.

Master Bedroom has King bed and attached recently bath. Second bedroom has Queen bed with hallway bath. Lovely full kitchen with granite counters and counter seating. Hacienda dining area with bar. Comfortable living area with gorgeous views. This condo has free Wi-Fi.

Princesa De Peñasco is a beautiful resort located in Sandy Beach right on the sea of Cortez. The restaurant, Colin's Cantina is located on property and is a favorite spot for locals as well as visitors.

Please note that a $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your payment method the day before your arrival, and will be released within 7 days if there is no damage.
Princesa De Peñasco is a resort privately owned by the HOA members, not a hotel. It is important to respect other guests, staff and owners of the resort. If for any reason security deems it necessary to remove you from the property for breaking the rules and regulations of the resort not refund will be given. Note: In our long time as managers this has only happened once. Quiet time is between 10pm - 8am.

While the property is in excellent area and very close to water, everything inside in a dilapidated condition. Shower barely sprat water, the toilet is not attached to the floor and emits foul smells, utensils in the kitchen looks like they were found in the landfill. Everything is so cheap and poorly maintained one wonders if the owner even want people to stay there. Surprised, disappointed and frustrated.

Missing certain amenities

The stay was wonderful, other than having no trash bags whatsoever for our 3 day stay. Another inconvenience in which i feel should be included is the bedding (no sheets or blankets for that bed much less any additional extra, but we did in fact come across plenty of pillows )for the pull out bed in the living room in which case it would have been very useful for the kids sleeping in the living room. Everything else was more than accommodating, courtesy pool towels did come in hand. Over all no complaints. Thanks in Advance.

Clean great place as close to the beach as you can get

Location was perfect on top of the pool bar in front of the beach. Place was clean and nice. Would give the place 4.7 stars. Only slight detractors are wishing the beds were just a little softer (but I sleep on a really nice bed regularly), and the only open outlet in the living room didn't work so I couldn't set up my work labtop near the ocean. Super little things as I would stay here again. Great hosts also. Very communicative & prompt
