Welcome to your home away from home, or as they say in Spanish, “mi casa es tu casa.” Nestled in the brand-new construction Sunset development, our unit enjoys a prime location on “El malecón,” just across the street from the breathtaking beach.

Sunset is a gated community with 24-hour security, ensuring your peace of mind during your stay. Our unit is situated on the 4th floor, providing easy access to the penthouse on the 5th floor. Just a one-minute walk from the beach, or a quick sprint if you’re feeling energetic, you’ll be rewarded with stunning ocean views.

Equipped with air conditioning and hot water, our unit is comfortable and well-appointed. All furniture and appliances are brand new and user-friendly, making your stay hassle-free.

Our location is truly convenient, surrounded by an array of fantastic local and international dining options. Within a 5-minute drive, you’ll find superstores like La Sirena (similar to Walmart) and Jumbo (similar to Target). These stores offer a wide range of fresh food and household essentials, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals.

Puerto Plata International Airport (POP) is conveniently located just a 21-minute drive away. Our unit comes with two assigned parking spaces next to the entrance and additional visitors’ parking on the side of the building.

Most tourist attractions are within a 10-minute drive, or you can take a leisurely stroll along “El Malecón,” enjoying the beautiful beach and the vibrant atmosphere.
