Check in: arrived 50 minutes early to check in and staff requested a fee for early check in. Lobby is small, hot with no fans/ac to wait in. Was not offered a place to store bags and grab a bite/drinks. Room: large, but therefore room is hot and does not have a large enough ac unit to cool entire room and bathroom. Bed doughy, pillows lumpy. Bathroom clean, large shower. Beautiful pool and beach setting, restaurant decent and staff nice.
