The food was absolutely horrible! The drink policy was whack not being able to have a mimosa wit breakfast & no bacon was horrible. Spa services were below par & performed wit door open is unheard of. Overall I will NEVER use ur facilities in this lifetime again.

Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) Friendly staff overall, but poor handling of key issue and no management response The staff were generally very friendly and welcoming — we would have rated all 5s if not for one front desk night shift employee and the lack of management follow-up. Two nights in a row around 11 PM, our door keys stopped working. The first night, Jose sent someone to help. The second night, he refused to send assistance and insisted we walk all the way to the front desk. Thankfully, we’re healthy, but this would have been a major issue for anyone with mobility concerns. The key was not demagnetized — it was kept in my shirt pocket. Employee was rude, and no manager was available. We submitted a complaint through Expedia requesting contact with management but never received a response. Disappointing experience considering how kind and professional the rest of the staff were.

We were upgraded to a beautiful ocean view and enjoyed it very much. The morning staff for breakfast was not attentive to serving the gas. The vents and air ducts in the rooms needed cleaning. All in all we had a wonderful time.

We booked for 3 night and left the very next day. The place was not kept well. Rooms smelled moldy, the air was just heavy to breath inside the rooms. Felt very unsafe to stay there

I didn’t like because I have been in many resort they put water and drink in the fridge you guy don’t put any water in my room . You guy need to improve that how can you tell me you can no put water in the room when I paid everything including. I was not satisfied and I don’t think I will go back until everything be better . The cleaning person only put towels the day I got there next day didn’t give me clean towels very bad experience. I thought You guy were better than punta cana.

It’s the most horrible resort you can go, nothing in the room was good, the AC was broken the little fridge didn’t work, the toilet was having issues the bed frame was broken, a light for the room had electrical cables all out that was broken too, the door to go to the balcony was stuck it was just a nightmare. The only decent thing you can say is the restaurant staff was nice and the food selection was decent not great but at least decent, the front staff there was one guy who was very rude and unprofessional. Not a very good place
