The hotel is very run down, but has a rustic charm I guess. We had to share a balcony with another room which is totally weird. We also could hear the people in the room next door snore and blow dry their hair. Our room was completely bare except for one tv hung on the wall with wires hanging out of it. It only had one English Channel. There were no drawers for our clothes. The service was very slow. No one serves you . You had to wait in line for water and drinks. The food was ok. But even if you got a table and got your food- you had no drink- not even water or coffee. We ended up leaving the resort and the town is cute and the restaurants are yummy. There is a liquor store near by. Everyone was nice, but I will never do all inclusive again… what’s the point.

Most staff was rude, it’s sad to see the mentality they have, as soon as the saw my mexican passport they flipped the switch off. They all want and are expecting american dollars and so if you bring pesos they act differently. Extremely disappointed.

Visited here 7 years ago, hotel was lovely, food not so great but not an issue. Have just arrived back from another stay and it is dire to say the least. It looks absolutely nothing like it does in the pictures. Only one pool open, the other has been reduced in size and was closed, the food terrible and the whole place was a building site and won't be finished until Sept 2027. The only plus is that the staff are fantastic. Unfortunately we won't be visiting again.

When we first walked into the front lobby area, there was a very bad smell, which continued as you walked through to the eating area adjacent to the lobby. There isn’t a rating for the food and drinks… But we would’ve given that one star. The food was the same every day with a little bit of a variance… They finally had a Mexican fiesta night… So we figured there would be different food at least the traditional Mexican food which we were so looking forward to, but we were disappointed again because it was the same food again. We have stayed at different all-inclusive hotels, and we have always had a variety of different foods on different days. So we ended up going to restaurants outside of the hotel to eat. We had maid Service on the third day of our stay and they basically just changed the towels… Nothing was cleaned. Other than that, the staff was very nice.

El servicio de check in no fue el adeacuado, parece que te estuvieran haciendo el favor de rentarte la habitacion , no sabemos si el trato fue porque eramos de expedia, las instalsciones no estaban completas, la comida dejo mucho que desear no tiene sabor, la calidad de los alimentos son muy malas, limitan las amenidades. Deberian poner que no hay servicio a las albercas, muy limitados los camastros.

At no time was it ever disclosed that the resort is under construction and another resort being built RIGHT NEXT DOOR. Exactly 3 ft from where dinner is being served. Banging and drilling from 7:30am-6pm. Breathing in silica dust for 11hrs a day. Only 1 overcrowded and filthy pool for the ENTIRE resort. Not to mention the state police on location with their AK 47 or whatever semi-automatic weapon they were brandishing. The housekeeping attendant on the 15th floor just walks in your room as you’ve just got out of the shower and she insists on cleaning your room. Never again.
