Greetings, here are my reviews of our stay at the Aquamarine from May 26th to 30th, 2025. The arrival was very good. At first, I had a lot of trouble adding my husband to the reservation since I was left out by mistake and it was a dilemma to add him as an additional guest in the room. Then, upon arrival, the hotel was very nice, but there was no water; it was very difficult to get it anywhere. And the photos were the worst. The room they gave us, number 84121, had a piece of cardboard on the floor in the shower from the moment we arrived until the third day, when it seems they realized. The soap bottle had that hair on it, which I never touched or used from the moment we arrived until we left. It was horrible, and only one soap. Here is a sample of the size of the soap for a 4-night stay. Luckily, I brought my own soap to use. The other situation, which is the most important to me, is rest. The bed is full of mites or bedbugs. I couldn't sleep because of the itching on my back. I spoke to the maid the next day and asked to change all the sheets, and she did. But the mattress was a board, not at all comfortable. A literal board. Back pain all the time, plus the bed bugs. Horrible. I will not recommend staying at this hotel at all. The amenities are good. The food is average.

The property was large and pretty the pools felt nice. Staff were mostly friendly. Room was clean for an older resort. Room air didn’t work well was not cool in the room. Mini bar fridge barley room the warm off drinks even ones left in there for days . Buffet does have some awesome almond type croissants. The food is ok at best Callie fine a few things that were really good . Felt dinner buffet was the worst

I stood here 4 nights everyone is so nice. The hotel is always kept clean. My only complaint is by the time we got to the hotel there were no restaurants available so every day we ate at the buffet, luckily their buffet is excellent and our waiter Frances was awesome. As for the beach there was so much seaweed so I couldn’t go in the water. Now would I come again to this resort absolutely.

We stayed at the Bahia Principe Aquamarine Adult All Inclusive resort in May of 2025. It took almost an hour to check in. We stood in an open air lobby, in 85 degree heat and major humidity. We were sweating standing still. When we got to our Junior Suites, we did not have toilet paper. The TV's channels were all in Spanish. The bath rooms shower were not clean either. However, the staff is wonderful. Service is over and above the call of duty. The pool area is fantastic - get there early 8am to grab a pool chair. The nightly shows and entertainment were great and encourage audience participation. The Buffet was very good. Make "À la carte" restaurant reservations in advance, or you will be out of luck. And take mosquito spray!! Cannot emphasize that enough. I had over 20 mosquito bites on one leg alone!

First day of arrival , the tv was not working , the fridge leaked water all over the floor and the safe was broken. My family and I was booked for 6 days , as was told by the resort we were able to join every pool and eat at any restaurant within the resort . Started the first night everyone restaurant was basically booked so most of our trip our only resort was the buffet .
