The services since you arrive are excellent I been traveling all over the world and this is one of the best resorts that I been to. Starting with the butler up to animation team are the best of the best. I hope other people can have the same experience that I had☺️.

We had a fabulous 4 nights in a butler swim up suit and now am spoiled! Our Butler De Leon was absolutely wonderful and so helpful with every needed. The staff is so fun and helpful! Miguel was great fun at the shows. The dancers were phenomenal as were the singers. The food was great 😊 definitely recommend Majestic Mirage!

Biggest value for money from an all inclusive resort! We went there for our honeymoon and choose a swim up suite (In the adults only section). Had an amazing butler named Omar. The beach was great. Good dining options. Great excursions. Highly recommended!

Beds are good, food is good but I found dirty plates in the pills of clean plates, we saw tow cockroach in the buffet, and I found a dirty cloth napkin and the salt shaker was dirty and sticky. I also had to ask for a different glass because was dirty

1- Food at the buffet was not that great, i say 5 out of 10 2- Food at the Italian and French Terrible. Japanese was ok 3- Drinks hardly any alcohol in them
