am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at Meliá Wellness Punta Cana. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards expected from a property under the Meliá brand. While the rainy and stormy weather during our stay was beyond anyone’s control, what truly impacted our experience was the lack of transparency and poor service we encountered throughout our stay. We were repeatedly misled and directed to shops or services we had not requested, seemingly for the hotel to gain commissions. This left a negative impression and made us feel more like a target for upselling than valued guests. That said, I would like to sincerely commend Rebecca from Guest Services, who was the only professional and genuinely helpful person on your staff. She immediately noticed our dissatisfaction and went above and beyond to make things right. Her empathy, efficiency and sense of responsibility stood out in contrast to the rest of the team.

Great holiday - will be back!

I recently returned from a 10-day stay with my partner & two friends, and it was one of the most relaxing & rejuvenating holidays we've had. This adults-only wellness resort truly lives up to its reputation - peaceful, beautifully designed, and filled with thoughtful touches. The staff were warm and welcoming upon arrival, helping with our bags and escorting us by buggy to The Level area. Having our own concierge, Maxwell Luna, available in person & on WhatsApp was a great touch. Unfortunately, check-in was less smooth, with a two-hour delay and minimal communication, which was disappointing after our great Meliá Tenerife experience last year. (Repeat guests told us this was unheard of). The grounds are stunning - winding paths through tropical gardens. Our Level Wellness Suite was modern and spacious, with aromatherapy and yoga amenities that perfectly fit the wellness theme. The beach was breathtaking - soft white sand, clear turquoise water, and great service. The pools were beautiful too and we loved the swim up bar. Sadly the main pool’s low water level during our last few days caused some debris build-up & guest frustration. Dining was excellent - fresh buffets and bookable á la carte at Muoi & Mar de Sal as well as the fantastic Yumay dining experience. We loved the wellness activities like sound healing, mud scrubs, and paddle boarding. After 10 days, we left completely recharged. Meliá Punta Cana Beach is the perfect mix of luxury & wellness. We will be back!

This is our second time at Melia but first on the adults only side. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home and have a great time. The spa was amazing and would definitely recommend a massage. Over all we had a great time and plan to go back again.

We had an amazing stay. The resort is beautiful and offers a lot of activities. Quimera restaurant had great food and did a nice birthday celebration for us. Rebeca and Jean Gero were very helpful throughout our whole stay. Highly recommend!

middle cleaning - i has 2 reservation separately - instead of changing the sheets they just - straighten it the room is full of animals , no special staff to get rid of them Staff is not professional, very unpleasant, late. and not performing their duties. I spent 1.20 Hour to check in no body informed on dress code in restaurant, which is located 20 mins walk from the room by feet, and we was just not let to the restaurant (main food) -40 degree of heat concierge didn't do nothing upon talking to manager he gave coupons for free massage , when enrolled to massage they said coupon is valid only 10 $ and other 145 $ i have to pay. and this for complimentary massage. In sum - the staff of breakfast nice and smily, management and concierge - very low

This resort is beautiful, clean, the customer service from everyone was top notch! The variety of food was also satisfying. From staff at check in to check out we’re all so kind. Ruth, Kilvania, and Jarody were awesome at check out and helped with all our needs. Betzi was our go to… he made sure all our dinners and excursions were booked and checked on us often. This resort was great all around, never any issues just pure relaxation and fun. Loved the lobby entertainment at night from the shows to the bar. I will say this was one of the best all inclusive resorts on the beach we ever been to. The experience we will never forget! Thank you Meliá staff for having us and showing us the BEST time ever! We definitely will be back. Oh and thank you for all the Mamajuana shots they were the absolute best along with your 5 star service. And we definitely recommend this resort to everyone!

Everything was excellent and our Conceirge Ruth was wonderful and helped us with everything we needed! I would come back to Melia again !!
