1. Communicative and understanding host. 2. Misleading header for the ad (Ocean Beach & pool). The Ocean and Beach are a 5 minute drive or 20-minute walk. 3. 2nd bedroom listed 2 separate beds, but had 1 queen (did not work for us, as we had specifically booked for 2 adult children based on the 2 separate beds)4. Apartment needs fixing, many appliances did not work or not available. 5. Bathrooms were dirty from wear & tear.

Nice apartment with a good view in a quiet area.The apartment was well used.Unfortunately the Internet didn't work when we arrived and was first fixed the day after.There was a nice big pool at the property but even though the pool was cleaned every morning, the water was still full of dirt.Unfortunately the kitchen didn't have a oven so it's limited what you can make. There was a microwave but we couldn't get it to work. But overall it was a nice apartment and i would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Cana Rock out host was quick with answering any questions I had before arriving. Apartment is nice and open , loved having first floor to pool access. We had issues with TV , washing machine and ceiling fan but all were resolved quickly by the assistance of the local host. I would recommend. Bring extra towels for pool or beach.

Felt Like a Hostage/Worst Experience

This property looked nothing like the pictures. There was no one to check us in, or greet us once we reached the property. Security guard had to point to the direction of our room. Because of no cable or internet service, we had to go to the security shed to get internet connection, in order to contact the local host. Once inside apartment has dirty curtains hanging off of the rod, base board taped around kitchen cabinets, no amenities that was stated in the listing, nocable or internet connection, no beach in sight, plus we only had one towel each and only one wash cloth.We had booked this place for 13 nights. No written instructions to tell you how to get around and let us know there was a shuttle service that we found out the next day after the host brought over 4 beach towels. We were told this was what to expect when we visit their country. We never got theinternet or cable connected before we left the property the next evening after 3pm. Was told that they would get these things fixed while they expected us to stay there. All of these details should have been taken care of before our arrival,they werepaid in full before arrival. I have plenty of pictures to show. Want a REFUND!

Condo perfect for rest and relaxation!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our 5 day stay in this cozy poolside condo! It was very clean and is exactly as pictured. Easy check-in, very secure gated community. We arrived early evening after a day of travel. Thanks to Yahaira (local host) we ordered Pizzart right to the door - so delicious! The electricity was off when we arrived but a quick text to the host and all was GOOD! The pool right outside the door was so refreshing. We loved our morning coffee on the patio! The mini-mart in the building made breakfast super easy. Our local host was extremely helpful and available in a moment to answer any question we had. *Bring your own beach towel if you plan to go to the private beach! It’s BEAUTIFUL and totally worth the $35 entrance fee because you can use the amount towards your food. It’s only a 15 minute walk from the condo. Also enjoyed Macao public beach for souvenirs, talking to people, piña coladas and lunch. The condo staff were very friendly and helpful too. Lovely place, lovely people! This stay was all about relaxation - mission accomplished!! THANK YOU! *tip: from airport to condo - you can Uber but you’ll need to walk out to the main entrance because Uber drivers can’t drive in. Not a big deal for some and best price. If you pick a car service, they’ll usually charge you $50. Otherwise you could bargain with a taxi driver on your way out to take you for $35. Depends on your personal comfort level.

First condo project as you turn into the Hard Rock property. It is a walkout to the pool and a nice patio that faces the sunset. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very small. It lacked necessary supplies like toilet paper and paper towels, water, etc. There is a small expensive micro market at the end unit for such things. There were only three towels. No shampoo, etc. The shower heads are clogged and not much water comes out. The refrigerator gets cold quick. Overall it is a decent place for the money.

Great stay

We had a great time staying at the Punta Cana Condo with friends! The location was perfect; a pool was right in front of the patio. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved spending time on the beautiful patio, enjoying the sunshine and fresh air. While the beach was only a 10-minute walk away, we found exploring other beaches by car convenient, especially considering the $35 consumption fee at the beach club. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Punta Cana!

Good location and clean

The proprerty was in a food location and was clean and nice. The walkout to the pool was amazing! We had an issue with the washer/dryer unit not working, and the host and property manager were responsive in attempting to resolve, and offered us to use a unit in another room. Though were were not able to use the unit, overall the place made for a very nice stay. The water pressure also seemed to be low which we were able to communicate to the property manager. Nice place and great host!

Great stay

My experience with this condo rental was very positive. The property was very clean, situated in a nice gated community surrounded by a golf course. The exclusive vibe offered a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. One of the standout features was the convenient and easy walk to the beach, eliminating the need for a rental car (we had a short stay). We were able to spend the saved money towards enjoying the Beach Club. What sets this condo apart from others is a calm and secure environment, unlike crowded streets and properties with no parking and security concerns. Nice for the value

The property is just as listed on the site. The grounds were nice and clean. Lots of construction throughout the area. The host was responsive and friendly. The condo is far from everything so we rented a car at airport. Also, there isn’t much to do in the area so you will want to leave and explore the island.

I recently stayed at the condo, and I highly recommend it. It was a ground floor unit, so there was easy access to the outside pools. The condo had the internet so I was able to work and stay connected with ease. The condo itself was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I was able to enjoy some delicious home-cooked meals. The washer in the unit was also a plus. The patio was a great place to relax. I also appreciated the security of the building and the friendly staff. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Punta Cana. The location was great, just a short walk from the beach and the beach club. We had a rental car and could also visit some other parts. The host was so helpful and accommodating, always responded quickly. Highly recommended!
