Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort All Inclusive offers 1579 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features free minibar items and laptop-compatible safes. Rooms open to furnished balconies or patios. This individually furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas. Pillowtop beds feature premium bedding. 42-inch flat-screen televisions come with cable channels. Bathrooms include a separate bath and shower with a deep soaking bath and a rainfall showerhead. Service was excellent. Resort is beautiful. Food is cold and not very good. Getting a reservation for dinner is a bad game. They say unavailable when you try to make reservations but the restaurants are always half empty. We figured out that you can just walk in and ask for a table without the stress of being told no when trying to make reservations. Also, they would not change pesos or dollars for small denominations making it hard to tip.

First time at this resort. We stayed in the "Reserve" adults only area. We were impressed with the attentiveness of our personal concierge, Yaleidi. She was very helpful with all of our needs and went above and beyond our expectations! The resort was very clean and felt safe. The food was very good, especially for an "all-inclusive". The restaurants were good, but the Lunch Box buffet was outstanding! We were so surprised at the variety and quality of the food in a buffet!! We also golfed at their affiliated course and had a nice experience there too. Overall, excellent stay and accommodations! Our only negative was the weather, it was unseasonably cloudy and rained on/off most of the week we were visiting. It was still warm and a great break from the winter weather in Minnesota!! Obviously, this has no bearing on the resort. We highly recommend staying here and will be returning!

The resort was breathtaking. A great variety of restaurants and activities to do daily. Catered to our every need. The concierge Guillermo was amazing. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. He arranged excursions, dinner reservations, recommended different activities for us. I didn’t have to worry about making any arrangements allowing me to truly relax and enjoy my vacation I will definitely be returning and would recommend this resort!

Our stay at Paradisus Palma Real was truly exceptional and far beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, every single employee stood out as professional, and incredibly helpful. The entire resort was spotless, which made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. The pools were always clean and beautiful, with a special mention to The Reserve pools, which were absolutely stunning and peaceful. The room cleaning service did an outstanding job every single day, keeping everything perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff in the restaurants and buffets were excellent as well. The entertainment team at the bar and the recreation areas brought great energy and made every evening fun and memorable. The food was delicious throughout our stay, with a special mention to Dominican Night, which was absolutely amazing and full of flavor. A special shout-out goes to Guillermo, the concierge, for his amazing service and dedication, and to Henler, who was extremely professional and did a fantastic job explaining the Circle membership in a clear and friendly way. They did not honor any of the Expedia credits. We booked thinking we were going to get massages at a nice price and they gouged us so we cancelled the spa day that we were really hoping to have. Everything Expedia advertised on this trip was a scam just to get us to book .....not happy.

First things first! My Concierge, Adriel Cabrera, is a top notch guy. Helpful in literally every aspect. The resort is immaculate. My wife and I walked the beach which goes in front of several other properties. Paradisus by far had the best kept stretch, and the largest seating area. Our beachfront room on the reserve side was beautiful and our son’s room over the main pool was freshly updated and beautiful. Plenty of room to spread out on the large campus. Nightly entertainment and good food everywhere.

Our stay at Paradisus Palma Real in Punta Cana definitely lived up to its name - a literal slice of Paradise! Both the property and the setting are stunning - with a luxury view, luxury finishes and a luxury vibe, yet relaxed and welcoming at the same time. Special thanks to property Mgr Juan and his team for the great job they all do; to the restaurants, bars, guest services and staffs, thank you so much.
