The food was disappointing, the buffets have like 4 different stations where they serve the same 5 foods , every day no variety of food . Food dont have any flavor. And the reservation restaurant are no different in flavor and they take so long to serve a small amount of food.

Starting by the good part: The hotel is nice in term of infrastructure specially for families with small kids. The beach was nice and the rooms renovated. Now moving for the standard part: The food (including the restaurants with reservation for dinners) is between low & average (nothing fancy or special to be honest) which is a little bit disappointing for a 5 start all inclusive. And finishing with the areas of improvement: The worse part was the service specially at the restaurants, all the waiters were very rude, with no interest at all to attend people. In my case in more than 25 years visiting all type of hotels for leisure or work (at least once per month), I truly don't remember a hotel with such a bad service....it seems that the staff do it on purpose to disappoint people.

The resort was perfect for a family vacation. The swim up rooms were great and our son loved the water park. The beach was beautiful and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was great and went out of their way to make sure we all had a great time.

I thought the room was a bit small. The swim-up had a lot of bugs, so it needed to be netted. Which I didn't see in the two days I stood there. I need to make a special acknowledgement to Maytte Camarera. She was very helpful and attentive, and made our stay better. I wish resorts had more employees like her.

Excellent stay at this beautiful hotel. The hotel train is a must..! Takes you around the sprawling grounds of the hotel, the beach and restaurants! The food trucks at the beach were amazing..!

El hotel no tiene variedad de comida y la poca que tienen no es buena, las atenciones del personal del hotel hacia el huésped es pobre. El parque de agua de los niños no está higiénico y si llevas un bebé no puede utilizar los toboganes porque no permiten a los padres acompañarlos. Para los restaurantes a la carta hay que hacer reserva y la mitad de los platos del menú hay que pagarlos no vale la pena. Por otro lado la habitación estaba bien igual que la higiene de la misma.

We liked the kids area very fun for all of our kids and the restaurants they had but what we didn’t like so much was that the WiFi in our room wasn’t the best so we couldn’t make many reservations to restaurants but other then that it was a great place and every worker their is super nice they also have good shows every night or events
