My wife and I had a great stay here. Very relaxing, with friendly and caring staff and guests. We had the honeymoon suite which came with an amazing view. Plenty of great food options as well. A couple things that could be improved: wifi was generally spotty in our suite. Room service took a while, and there was no hot water for a bit. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

So relaxing, quiet, and easy to chill here. Gorgeous beach. Organized, professional staff. Superb cleaning everywhere. Slept incredibly well too! This is a solid value if you are there to enjoy each day on the beach or at the pool (beautiful pool). No night life but cute restaurants and privileges at sister resort next that has a night club. Spa is beautiful too! Will go back here in a heartbeat!

I loved the staff, extremely friendly however the food at the restaurants were sub par and not a very fresh. Also the rooms were outdated. TV channes not working, shower inop, only 1 outlet in room, therefore hard to charge phones etc. 3 ATM’s on facility but 2 were inop the entire 7 days and very inconvenient to get money. I will be returning to Punta Cana but not in this resort.

The buffet food and options were just okay. The drink options without the VIP package are not good - some sort of “Classico” liquor made in the DR which they try to flavor like vodka, gin tequila etc - it’s awful

I had an incredible experience during my stay! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, with Jazmin standing out as the best—she truly made me feel welcomed. The bartenders were fantastic, and the nightlife was a blast. My room was clean and spacious, adding to the overall enjoyment. I would rate this experience a solid 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Punta Cana!

The staff was pretty good. Shout out to all the bartenders at the beach bar and the 24 hour bar. Special thanks to Luisa bartender/waitress. She is really special. She made a special appearance the night of my birthday even though she was working at the lobby bar and we were at the beach bar. Brought my wife and I a bottle of champagne to celebrate by birthday. Properly is beautiful. Rooms nice, but A/C is not cool enough, asked about it when we got there and was told the third floors rooms run hot. Beach and pool are beautiful. Pool needs at least another 20-30 umbrellas. If you want a chair at the beach be prepared to get down there no later then 6:45am to put your towels down. Breakfast and lunch were okay. Dinners at the two restaurants were poor at best, service was good but food was subpar. We even tried the steak house at the sister resort and it felt like we were eating in a cafeteria. Be for warned. Over all I would give the resort a 3.9 out of 5.
