Although listed as a 5 star hotel, this is not a 5 star hotel. Pros: The staff were very nice, the area is walkable and there are good food places nearby. Cons: It’s on the road and very loud, the phones didn’t work, there’s no room service and there’s active construction next door.

The place was beautiful… rooms are nice and spacious like apartments. Very good security. I traveled solo and felt very safe. Rooftop views were great and the staff was very helpful and extremely honest! I’ll be back to visit for sure.

Love the pools but needed cleaning Close to airport Front desk friendly/helpful The construction was near our bedroom window so early in the morning. rooms well equipped with kitchen needs. Sofa was dirty and very uncomfortable. Hot water didn’t last very long. Fast elevators. Nice gym. grocery store walking distance. There was restaurants nearby. Plenty of Ubers. Check in and out easy no hassle. Not much to do on the island if I did it over again I’d stay all inclusive.

Building new not much entertainment had problems with new AC control and shower drain had to change rooms but location was great glad we rented a vehicle to get around. Many shops near by downtown Punta Cana just up the street. High ceilings and 5 pools to relax. Very nice place and well staffed.

I spent 5 nights here and absolutely loved it. The staff are friendly and very helped, the 24 hour security also made me feel better asi was traveling alone. Would highly recommend this hotel, it’s safe, in a great location and is very clean!
