Horrible experience, the staff was not friendly at all with the exception of Rodriguez(front desk). Amazing job… He was very helpful and the rest should learn from him. Also Jacob and Navarro were helpful. They would not add a guest after confirming that it was no problem. Made me pay twice, Expedia was even worse. They said I would get a refund for paying again and the very next day I get an email saying that I would not. That is being handled by the credit card company. I will NEVER go there again nor will I recommend EVER!!! They steal your money.

The room itself was beautiful. The problem is that multiple things were broken or not working. Plugs do not stay in the outlets; The USB charging ports were broken. The closet door handle was broken and would fall out. There was not a single water delivery to the room even though it clearly states NON-POTABLE WATER and I requested water. There was no Ho water in the shower (not even warm - the water temperature was ICE COLD!) Multiple lights would either work sporadically or not at all. I suggest that there should be a lot of maintenance on the room before renting it out again. If the room was as advertised, the room would have been great.

I really want to make a good revue, but I cannot. There was no warm or hot water our entire trip. When asked they just said it was being worked on. It was not very clean around the resort. The people were very nice. There were many pools which meant there was always a space which was great. The AC was also very cool. The jerk chicken was amazing at the pool.

Food was great except for steakhouse. We all got poisoned after eating their medium rare steaks! There's no USDA inspecting meats out there so you're at risk of contamination. Also, there aren't enough wheelchairs! They charge $40 USD daily to rent electric wheelchair! AND ONLY ACCEPT CASH, but there's no ATM!! You have to walk all the way to the entrance of the hotel to get cash out, RIDICULOUS!!!

Staff was great, cleanliness pretty good. The only part I didn't like was the fact that our rooms AC didn't work and the toilet had a leak. If you have a chance to meet the waiter names Rodriguez, go work with him! He was always attentive and made sure we always had a seat.

My check-in experience was horrible and the room i did end up getting exposed us to mold, made me sick and my sister and friend sick the following days. The tv wouldn’t connect to WiFi and they didn’t have regular tv. Some of the staff is friendly but most is not. This place is good for a quick cheap turn up. They need to get the mold under control.

Yes it smelled like mold in certain places, and you can’t change the ac from 24 degrees Celsius in the rooms. Oh and there was no hot water at all the week we stayed. But overall the staff was very nice, the food was decent, and we had a great time!

We changed rooms because of broken AC and mold smell. We then had to move ourselves to find no room telephone, so we were forced to us our international mobile services and pay. I nicked my foot in the pool from missing pool tiles on the bottom of the pool.

We loved the ambiance of the resort but the customer service was not great as well as having roaches in our room as well as the dining areas...also the food wasnt labeled at some buffet ares and the fly fans weren't on just there some times the staff didnt clean the tables after each guest got up just added some clean silverware and never wiped the placemats
