The property was meticulously maintained, and Grace was a very responsive host. Lauren (Grace’s assistant) was extremely helpful, as well. Fantastic stay

My wife and I came to Grace’s beautiful home for a 3 day weekend winter escape. Grace was the best host we’ve experienced with a highly detailed introduction ahead of our stay. The property is fresh and spotless and exceeded our expectations. We spent much of our stay at the pool which was fabulous. We highly recommend the property.

Beautiful Stay

This home is really beautiful and comfortable. The property has everything you need to get the most out of your time in Punta Gorda. We had 4 small kids with us and the thoroughly enjoyed the pool and fishing off the pier. The house is well appointed and so neatly organized. I loved the labeling in the kitchen so I knew where to put things back. The beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this vacation home.

Family Fun at Villa Capri

Wonderful home with everything we could have wanted for a fun-filled relaxing Family gathering! There was plenty of room (we had 6 adults and a 3 yr old) and the amenities were awesome. Had a blast in the pool everyday and enjoyed the kayaks! We would not hesitate to rebook - Grace was very thorough with the booking/checkin process and takes great pride in this beautiful home.

Great escape!

Did a small bachelor party for the weekend and this was the perfect place to do it. We all wanted to get away and get on the water. The home is a quick 10 minute boat ride through the canals to the Bay. Home was in great condition. Communication was great! Will stay here again.

Perfect in PGI

This house was a perfect waterfront haven for our vacation. Beautifully renovated from top to bottom. Out back is a nice canal, mesmerizing pool and lanai. My family absolutely loved the saltwater pool. The house itself was spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished/appointed. Every appliance you could need is provided. The host Grace is a professional and the attention to detail shows with this place. This has been our favorite house rental yet! Thanks much !

Christmas Vacation Stay

We had the pleasure of staying at this property while visiting family in florida for christmas. Everything was as advertised and more. The house was gorgeous and decorated beautifully. It contained everything you could possibly need for a stay, The owner of the house was in contact with us from the day we booked until the day we left. She provided with all the details regarding the house, wifi, pool, etc.as well as allowing us the check in early due to our flights arrival time. The location of the house is a short ride from fishermans village and town where there is an abundance of restaurants and shops. The whole experience was amazing and really could not have asked tor a better host and house. I would highly recommend visiting this house and property.

Beautiful!

I stayed at this property with adult children. Let me start by saying this house looks like something from HGTV. It was large enough for us all to have our personal space. Two dining areas, which was a plus. Every amenity imaginable. By far the nicest house I have stayed in while in Florida. My son and son-in-law loved fishing in the channel behind the house. Also enjoyed the pool. This is in a residential area and is 15 minutes from everything. Fisherman's Village is just down the road ( great restaurants!). Saving our pennies to come back next year ;-)

Peaceful property

Grace the owner goes above and beyond to ensure great communication on the house, the area, whatever you need. The house is incredibly updated, the master suite is insane. Fully stocked kitchen, nice bath/pool towels. Appliances all like new. Pool was lovely. Beaches are about 30 miles away, she has brand new beach chairs with umbrellas. You honestly just need to come with sun screen and a bathing suit. Do not hesitate to rent this property. The neighbors are even nice. There is a lot of homes with light construction going on as they are still recovering from Ian. Even still , it is a very relaxing place.

Lovely Home

We spent a full month in this home in Punta Gorda Isles. We hosted visiting family over the course of the month, and the house was perfect for guests for up to three couples at a time. The salt water pool was heavenly! The proximity to Fishermen Village and several restaurants was great. We played pickleball at Gilchist Park - very busy but friendly and we’ll organized. We highly recommend this house. Grace is a great communicator and she responded promptly to any questions we had.

Escape from the Snow

Our family of four adults had a super time enjoying 80-degree weather, a clean home with everything we needed, the pool (of course), and all the nearby attractions. We rode the bikes (thank you!) to grab coffee at Fisherman’s Village, we returned to grab dinner at Harpoon Harry’s, and another day to enjoy the fireworks cruise for New Year’s Eve. We were given a suggestion from a local resident & checked out Manatee Park. It was amazing! Just as many butterflies as there were manatees! It’s close to everything & the owner was a gem! (Loved the food at Leroy’s Southern Kitchen and Harbor Social, too! But we grilled burgers & dogs and steaks & baked potatoes at the house and that was also lovely!) We are already looking at dates to return!

Fabulous!

We drove down from Atlanta to spend Thanksgiving with my dad and stepmom. Everything was wonderful and just as described. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, beds are comfortable, linens are all great quality, and many little touches such as tissue boxes and decent sized waste baskets in the bedrooms were much appreciated. We all loved the pool, especially our girls (8 and 5). I particularly enjoyed the spa-like master bath shower and relaxing in a cozy white robe with a face mask after such a long drive down with two little ones. We had such a relaxing stay and Grace was a wonderful host. My husband and I have had the good fortune to travel the world and stay in many rentals. This was by far one of the absolute best. Thank you again Grace. I will cherish the memories of this special trip with my family.

We enjoyed our weekend getaway. The house was very clean. Host very detailed and responsive. Pool was refreshing. My husband saw a dolphin while kayaking. Cool military museum and waterfront dining nearby. Kitchen had everything we needed to dine in.

Relaxing Vacation!

Had a great stay at Villa Capri! House was spotless and very well stocked. We enjoyed using the covered pool area and fishing from the dock. I even caught one of the biggest fish I ever caught off of the dock. It was a huge DRUM/sheepshead. Grace was an AWESOME host and we will be back!!!
