I had a reservation at Hotel Shubham Beach through Expedia, and what I encountered was beyond disappointing. The exterior of the property itself was a red flag â it genuinely gives off the appearance of a shady establishment, nothing like a proper hotel.
When I went inside and asked to see the room before making the payment, the staff behaved in the most unprofessional way possible. They insisted that I must pay upfront even before getting a look at the room. When I refused, they suddenly turned rude and started hurling abusive language that I wonât even repeat here.
Iâve travelled extensively and never have I seen such a pathetic sense of hospitality. The way they speak to guests is unacceptable, and the overall environment is extremely uncomfortable.
Honestly, this property should not even be listed on platforms like Expedia until they fix their conduct. Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone.
The property is not clean and rooms are in poor condition with mold. Not a good stay as per charges of the rooms. Communication is terrible. I booked ahead for 3 days and when I reached to the hotel, they told me that it is confirmed only for 2 days (4person). We had to adjust in one small room for 1 day. Staff disturbed too much while you are slipping and resting. Not a good hospitality.

Please do not pay This Hotel and delist from AMAZON LISTING .
This hotel Manager called me in last minute to tell me that , this hotel Do Not Accept AMAZON BOOKING and told me that rooms are SOLD OUT .
I had go through difficulties finding other hotel.
Please delist this hotel .
Please refund my booking money .
