Deluxe Estate represents two of the nicest condos you can find in Quebec city. This venue is perfectly situated on St-Joseph street, making it the perfect spot for a gathering with familly and friends. The two units are seperated one on top of the other and accessible individualy. This makes it the best of both worlds as you can have some privacy and quiet time as well as having open-concept lofts to gather and enjoy time together.

Enjoy the incredible ambiance on one of the most hip neighborhoods of the city : Saint-Roch. Urban, modern and eclectic, you will have everything you need nearby.

Our two apartments are the perfect place to relax after a good day, you will have to your entire disposition :

- 5 bedrooms (4 closed and one behind curtains) garnished with restful beds and confortable quilts : three queen beds and four double beds. A baby travel crib is available upon request at a cost of $10 per night, maximum $50 per stay.

- A great balcony over Saint-Joseph street

- Two cozy living room with sofas and TV.

- Two fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite meals

- Three bathrooms, 2 showers and 2 baths

- We will provide all of the essentials : soap, shampooing, sheets, towels, etc.

The parking lot is a minute walk away. The address is 685 rue Sainte-Marguerite. It’s only 30$ per day. You also have an unloading zone right in front of the condo, so you can drop your luggage and then go to the parking lot.

*In the event of cancellation, credit card charges are payable by the customer (3%).
