Great location for exploring Vieux Quebec! Young man who checked us in was very charming and helpful. We are from the states and were concerned there could be a language barrier...not an issue. Everyone was super friendly. There are a couple issues that come with historic properties (no elevator, uneven stairs, tight parking), but they are to be expected and the property is worth the effort. Lovely!

Charming Stay in the Heart of Old Quebec! We had a wonderful experience at this boutique hotel. The location was perfect—just steps away from historic landmarks, cozy cafés, and beautiful cobblestone streets. The room was stylish, spotless, and full of character. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, offering great local tips. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay in Quebec City!

Arcadia - Worth it

The Arcadia was in a nice convenient location in Old Qubec. The staff was very friendly and offered a lot of support and help. The hotel room was very nice. Loved the layout

This an excellent hotel with a great location. It has been recently renovated and the room was fabulous so was the bathroom. We missed an elevator as our room was in the fourth floor.

I recently stayed at Hôtel Acadia and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The hotel has clearly been recently renovated—everything felt fresh, modern, and very clean. We booked a classic room, fully aware that it would be on the smaller side. In reality, it was perfect: extremely cozy and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff at reception were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location, though, was the real highlight—just steps from all the main attractions and great restaurants. It made exploring the area so easy. One thing to note is that there’s no elevator, which could be a challenge for some, but we were fortunate to be on the second floor, so it wasn’t a big issue. Also, the lobby washroom wasn’t available yet due to ongoing renovations, but that didn’t affect our stay much. Overall, a great experience in a charming, freshly updated space. Would definitely consider staying again!
