This so called Delux room is garbage, super dusty stuff broken like focets coffee machine and rusty bath tub, on top of all of that their cleaning staff was on strike no cleaning services for 2 nights. Only thing good in this hotel is its location

The hotel itself was fine, but when it came to parking we were told the parking lot was full and given directions to another lot blocks away. After unsuccessfully locating the hotel's "alternate lot" we returned to the hotel, again being told the lot was full, given different directions and still no parking lot for the hotel..many other lots but none for the hotel. After these 2 attempts to locate this lot fighting through traffic and very narrow streets we returned to the hotel and they told us they would find us a spot at the hotel. We arrived in the hotel parking lot to retrieve our luggage only to see numerous empty spots. We wasted so much time after being lied to twice about the parking at the hotel being full and we were so stressed out from driving around in traffic in an unfamiliar city, we did not get a chance to enjoy our evening. We grabbed a very quick dinner and went to bed.

Being so close to old town, Quebec, and having a Street full of food, options was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The staff was always very nice. Even if they didn’t understand English, they worked really hard to help understand. Cannot say enough about this location and property.
