The halls had stained carpets,sugar packs,underwear,garabge in the elevator. The chair in the room had rips. The sink in the bathroom was full of mold. Weve been staying there over 8 years now when we go to Quebec and this was the most disappointing time. We didnt even stay for breakfast.

Great Value and Comfortable Accommodation

A comfortable, clean and well-appointed room. The bed is all right but one with a box-spring would be preferable. Staff were very courteous and efficient. The complimentary breakfast was fine, fresh with a variety of food both hot and cold.

The property is nice and the rooms nice, clean and comfortable. However, despite I requesting a quiet room, away from elevators and on a top floor, they gave me the opposite. They should be more attentive to guests requests if they want them back. On the other hand, the breakfast was nice and varied but the sitting area is insufficient for the amount of guests attending breakfast. I had to go to my room to eat it. They shoulod expand the sitting area.
