The front desk staffs were amazing! My friend and I arrived pretty late in the night but the receptionist was super patient and helpful especially since we didn't speak French. We even got offered some warm and delicious welcome cookies! Our hotel room was nice and clean. Their beds and pillows were sooo soft felt like sleeping in a cloud. The hot tub was closed down for renovations but they heated the entire pool so I think that was even better! Sauna was toasty and hot. No complaints from my stay here and I will definitely book again. Plus it was less than 15mins drive away into Old Quebec City!

This hotel is gorgeous. The area is super close to a lot of things. You do have to drive to them, but many choices. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The room was massive, and the gym and spa were very nice. We would 100 percent come back to stay here.

The property is nicely set back from the street so it’s quiet. Room is nice and spacious and clean. I would stay here again if I don’t need to be right in the city. Warm cookies at check in was a nice surprise. Bottle of water in the room would be nice. I had to buy a bottle from the front desk for $3
