Only Tesla chargers in the back but neighbouring property did have slow/regular paid charging. Immediate area is pretty boring and the hotel is a bit far from downtown/old/touristic areas. Hotel is very nice, clean and modern.

Luxury for low money!

I travel a lot for work and this is a top notch hotel when I stay in Quebec city. If my first job is on the SouthShore(StRomuald), I stay in their other hotel of the same name. Fantastically located for any services needed(restaurants,groceries,shopping etc). Clean,super gym,great breakfast,very friendly staff.

The beds were not made one day they should have made them. I was informed the room service was every 2 days when I arrived to the hotel. I was expecting the room service every day. No restaurant for dinner.

Clean hotel, rooms and pool area! Friendly staff. Good value hotel. Usual adequate breakfast however the breakfast area gets overwhelmed with crowds. Not laid out as seen at other hotel properties and doesn’t handle crowds well. Witnessed many guests getting frustrated with the confined area, trying to navigate through lines to get food. Our family also found the pool temperature quite cold.
