Room was very clean, There are no blackout curtains Shower pressure was very bad, similar to a 2 star motel. Breakfast was a great benefit and really made a big difference. However, the breakfast was lacking and did not have good tasting meat options. Area around the hotel is very very busy in the morning and if you are trying to go north or south you will get stuck in the traffic. There is also not much food in the area.

Spaceous rooms and comfortable beds. Free outdoor parking shared with the mall in the area. Costco gas nearby for fuel with a few nice restaurants in the area, but keep in mind many of them close early (7pm). Only complaint would be the traffic around rush hour as the roads back up around the nearby bridge. Outside of those busy times it is a great location with easy access to both shores of the St Lawrence.

The room being water flood and told us to change to another Hilton in the City. Actually is a good arrangement . But the hotel charged us double in both side of the hotels, which is crazy. They said the payment for the Hilton Downtown was just deposit and to be refund in few days. But after I checked the credit card. The hotel charged us as room fee instead of deposit. This is so much unbelievable. They even handled the refund for almost a month. What kind of management is? So incredible……
