Les chambres sont petites et mal insonorisées. La personne avait qui j’ai été à été facturée deux fois sur sa chambre ce qui lui a causé des soucis avec sa carte de crédit.

WiFi poor - kept not loading Shower pressure poor Could hear neighbour uncomfortably throughout the night. Walls are thin. Staff friendly - upon early check in room was not ready we left bags with reception as we explored the area and they brought these up to our room - nice touch. Location great in old town lots of near by restaurants Free tea, coffee and juice via machine in reception. Bed was comfortable however double is double and not too big. Please note the “double room” is small, if you want space I would recommend upgrading to a king room. Would I stay here again? Due to the noise experienced I would not stay here again personally. However this was a very affordable and clean property in the old town.

Super Hotel

Es war der absolute Hammer, wir werden auch das nächste Mal dieses Hotel auslesen. Die Einrichtung passt zum Gebäude. Das Zimmer war zwar nicht so gross, jedoch Preis/Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Der Standort war sehr gut, konnten wir alles zu Fuss besichtigen.

Run down hotel in good location

We had high expectations from reading the reviews on here. While the hotel is in a really good location next to the Chateau Frontenac, next time we'll fork out to stay there instead. The hotel smelt bad - especially the lift - and the decor is really dated. The room was cramped, with a bath too small to bathe in and a low pressure shower. The towels were small and thin and the wifi connection unreliable. The air con switched off automatically overnight so it was too hot.

Pros: Sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa hyvä, kaunis rakennus ja huone ihan kunnollinen Helppo löytää ja kulkea
Cons: Aamiainen oli tarjonnaltaan heikko, kahvi ei maistunut Hissi oli vanha
