Nice big, clean and modern rooms. The hotel is on a busy street, but the Windows are well isolated and one can sleep without earplugs. There are minimal services, e.g. no staff at night and no breakfast, but there are many places nearby, e.g. a Starbucks. The location near St-Joseph street is good. As a tourist, I'd probably rather choose something on top of the hill, but the major tourist places are at walking distance.
