The property was excellent, the staff was great and extremely friendly and welcoming. My only complaint would be the lack of changes on the towels next to the pool and the fact that the jacuzzi outside stopped working at some point during the stay. I did let the staff know about the issue with the jacuzzi and the lack of clean towels outside. I would still refer the hotel and would come back.

Older and hidden fees

Nice pool and hot tub. Room was older and not as nice as the pictures on line. Most people y the pool seemed to have white robes. None in our room. No towels at the pool. Hidden resort fees ($50) at checkout plus $20 parking fee.these fees made it more expensive then other hotels in the area. Will most likely not return to this hotel.

Absolutely stunning grounds and kind staff. The room itself was quite nice, though we had multiple issues with cleanliness (such as garbage had old coffee cup upon arrival, towels had brown marks) that were mentioned and dealt with. We did find blood stains on the air conditioner, and a stain on our sheets (it was blueish). We were told the room would have a big cleanup before we came back. Once back, it was clear that the blood stains had been painted over or something, but what was disappointing was that the sheets were not changed. The stain was slightly lighter, meaning they tried to scrub it out and decided it was good enough. PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING: The parking is paid. We were not made aware, I only saw after on Expedia that it said parking was optional. We were not given an option, they gave us our ticket in and out, and once we checked out I was told I owed 46$ for two nights of parking. This was not mentioned either when checking in.

Nous avions réservé une chambre familiale pour une nuit et, personnellement, pour un hôtel de ce calibre, je m’attendais à beaucoup mieux. Notre chambre avait une drôle d’odeur d’humidité, le lit pour enfant était brisé, ce qui a nécessité l’intervention d’un membre de l’équipe technique pour le réparer. Le deuxième lit d’enfant n’avait qu’un drap blanc sur le dessus, sans couette ni oreiller. Finalement, pour une chambre familiale, il n’y avait que deux débarbouillettes. En terminant, la chambre semblait vieillotte et elle n’était pas particulièrement propre. Je suis très déçu de notre expérience et nous n’envisageons pas de retourner à votre hôtel.
