First of all, the employees were so friendly and helpful. Manuela, in particular, who was our concierge, went above and beyond to make our trip special. She's very special. The bar/ restaurant was wonderful. The location is perfect for shopping, eating, and exploring old Quebec. The rooms are bright and comfortable.

Well located property. The parking was very convenient under the building. The smaller the car the easier the parking. There is much to do and see in Montreal and lots within walking distance. Dining is very good everywhere in Montreal.

Great location. Close to everything a tourist wants to see and do. Only complaint is that we were told Happy Hour was at 4 so we timed our day around it, but were told by the male server in the bar that there isn’t a Happy Hour.

I stayed at Monsieur Jean for a work event and I enjoyed it so much I plan on returning for a personal stay. The location is excellent. It is safe, with endless shopping, dining and site seeing options available all around you. The hotel itself is whimsical and comfortable. Staff is friendly. The restaurant/bar is beautiful. There is honestly nothing negative I can say about this hotel.

Room was clean, views are amazing, staff friendly except doorman seemed annoyed with us coming in the door. Air Conditioner blew incredibly strong right on our heads in bed (Ice cold), which was annoying. Beautiful hotel overall, very quirky with all the art.

The customer service was top notch. Thank you! The view from our room was spectacular. We enjoyed our fire table, kitchenette, comfy bed, the overall design and aesthetic, and the location was perfect. Cool pubs and restaurants were very close by. We also really enjoyed the jazz band at Bijou restaurant right on site. The food was great and we had a fun and romantic time listening to the music and dining there on 3 occasions. We will be coming back.

This is a new and beautiful hotel and a desirable neighborhood of old Quebec. Everything is within a few minutes of walking. Staff is very friendly. I would like to specifically mention Tristan from the breakfast area. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious and they have a making coffee and lots and cappuccino, and they bring it over to your table. I would highly recommend a hotel.

I can't say enough great things about this boutique hotel. It is quirky yet beautiful, the room and beds (even the sofa bed) were super comfortable and well-equipped. The breakfast spread was outstanding. Service was over the top - everyone went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay ever. There is a parking garage just next door. And the hotel was within a 5 minute walk from the sites. I will definitely stay here again!
