Good sized room & bathroom. Comfortable beds. Staff very efficient and friendly Good location and easy 15 min walk to town or there was a bus which stopped right outside the hotel. We didn’t use the pool or spa or restaurant so can’t really comment but it looked good.

The room is large and has great amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facility is very clean. The location is a little inconvenient if you're looking to walk to the center of things.

Very nice room - fantastic gym well equipped and all working! The pool was beautiful but had icebergs in it! The room didn’t have coffee pods… which is a bit disappointing for this price… also was the first room in 35 nights away across Asia and Australia/New Zealand that still had plastic bottles of shampoo!! But a decent hotel…

Didn’t try breakfast so no comment. Bus stop right outside hotel. Easy to get to and from the airport. Within walking distance to town. Helpful and friendly staff. Balcony with view of forest and Lake Wakatipu. Very comprehensive amenities. The only minor imperfection was the bathroom constantly permeated an odour that resembled urine. There was no obvious soiling however.
