We had a great stay. Parking isn’t as much of a issue as some of the other reviews say there is a large carpark at the back of the hotel that always has spaces for $10 for 24 hours if there aren’t any parks free at the hotel.

Perfect balance of quality and cost

We had a one bedroom apartment for 24 nights. It was by far the best value of all the hotels we looked at. Separate kitchen/ living area with hob and fridge freezer. Views were stunning with clear views of the remarkable. Parking is limited but public parking about 20m away is very cheap for 24hrs if needed. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Overall an excellent hotel and we will stay next year.

It took me 2 goes to find reception as its not clearly sign posted. It had hardly any facilities i had to call reception for a fork. It was hard to get parking was warned if i went out i might lose my spot and have to pay. Not what i expected for what i paid. Would not stay there again

We arrived late at night from Australia and didn't realise the carpark was divided between guests and residents, in the morning we had a parking ticket for $105.00 we raised this with the desk staff and she really was very rude, and dismissive, we emailed the council and they waived the fee they were very accommodating, also our room was not serviced properly, we had to ask for toilet paper and in 10 days the room had not been vacuumed.

Hotel was nice enough and bed comfortable, but the parking situation is atrocious. A hotel should never be able to be built without enough parking. Yes, there is paid parking nearby and was not crazy expensive, but it was a hassle and not quick process to accomplish. I would never stay here again for the cost.
