Myself and my partner blew the budget a bit to stay in a 2 bed lakeview apartment with spa/jacuzzi for 6 days as it was our first time to NZ and also my birthday but it was so worth it! On entering 901 we were blown away - the view from the massive balcony was just incredible and jaw dropping! The whole apartment is set up really well with a kitchen with all the utensils you need and a dishwasher and washing facilities with dryer. There's also a dining area and in the same room there are two leather sofas around a small coffee table in front of a fab fire which was great on the colder nights! The master bedroom had doors onto the balcony and was bright and airy with a great ensuite with rainfall shower. The 2nd bedroom is slightly darker but also has it's own ensuite and this was perfect as we only used it to store our stuff and for my partner to have his own bathroom. The access to the higher apartments are great because they're near the top road and the complimentary shuttle bus stopped pretty much directly outside our door every day! On one day the shuttle bus was full but reception called us a taxi with no extra charge to ourselves which was lovely.. it's the little things! You do have to book a spot on the bus as it's shared with Oaks Shores and can get busy but this is simple. You just ring reception! We just absolutely loved our stay here and hope to be able to go back when we've saved up in a couple of years. Wouldn't stay anywhere else now and will def book room 901!

Enttäuscht

netter empfang. Zimmerausstattung wohl ok für den Preis. Unmöglich aber die Lärmemission zu Nachbarzimmer weil durch Türe verbunden. Jedes Wort hörbar. Das bis um 3 in der Früh! Schade, dass die Angestellten des Hotel nicht flexibler die Zi verteilen, wenn Hotel sowieso halb leer.
