Modern

Modernes Hotel, spezielles gutes Essen und eine tolle Athmosphäre. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!!!Nicht im Zentrum aber eine gute Lage

Tolle Lage aber die Einrichtung geht gar nicht! Der Sauna-Bereich ist den Namen nicht wert!

Confusing hotel not for everyone

Hotel is a classic style over substance affair. Looks great when you arrive trys a little to hard to be new world a work in progress. Positives parking , some services buses to town classes, entertainment. Rooms good size. Views ok. Neg - poor customer service no smiles , no apologies for mistakes , no air con in rooms , questionable decour - dog blanket seat covers , no TVs. Terrible experience in restaurant being served raw veg , over cooked dry sweet corn and - 1/2 chicken which was gelatinous and seeping Red bloody liquid that a rude Scottish MD insisted was fine and we should just eat it. ( he was aweful cocky rude chap) one night was enough for us and price for QT was under £100 so good. Light years away from places like Heritage hotel . No without potential but needs some sorting out to really make its mark .
