Remember, there are limited hotel parking but unlimited free shopping mall parking around the hotel. Hotel should do key card access in lift but unfortunately it’s open for all, which is bit a safety issue, otherwise all good

Cant beat the Sudima Queenstown, fantastic location, close to shops and restaurants, and also to the Remarkables ski field.... Frankton is always my preferred choice, away from the chaos of Queenstown proper, and also close to the airport as well.

The room was very small. The beds were soft and seemed older than they should be. Cheap linens and pillows. No rubbish bin in room and the only one, in the bathroom, wasn’t emptied. The bathroom did not have a fan nor a toilet brush. The toilet seat was too small for the base. The shower was an open stall so the floor got wet half the time. Reception was nice and friendly but for the money, go elsewhere.
