My girlfriend and I spent a few nights at Casa Postal Hotel Boutique and it was an amazing experience. It'a a new property that for sure will bring quality and elegance to Queretaro's old quarters, so just a few extra details like having enough towels for a couple, or a couple of courtesy water bottles would go a long way. Staff was very friendly and courteous, I would highly recommend staying at Casa Postal Hotel if you plan visiting Queretaro.

Impecably designed boutique hotel in perfect location to touring and enjoying Queretaro Centro. Valet parking was free and easy to access. Small touches like La Occitane products, black towels for makeup, and bath salts for the hottub were appreciated. This is a great new addition to the area.

Nos gustó mucho el hotel! Esta increíble en diseño, pero creo que si es muy importante que puedan agregar mayor confort para que se escuchen menos el ruido. Nos quedamos en una King Suite, pegada a la calle y uff se escucha muchísimo :( el semáforo para ciegos suena toda la noche... Y las fiestas regulares de la noche... Los cuartos están increíbles, almohadas, colchon super cómodo. La ubicación buenísima ! Si vale la pena quedarse ;)

EXCELENTE. Hermoso hotel. Habitaciones muy confortables y con una decoración muy bonita. Todo el hotel es precioso. Un gran hotel Boutique ubicado en el Centro de la ciudad. El desayuno en el restaurante es excelente. Para mayor descanso pedir habitaciones lejos de la calle en donde hay un bar porque es ruidoso y también lejos de la caldera. Las otras habitaciones son muy silenciosas.

Sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles en Querétaro. La ubicación está excelente y sus habitaciones así como sus áreas comunes son muy bonitas y cómodas. El personal es muy atento y servicial. La comida en su restaurante está muy rica también.

Una experiencia inolvidable en Casa Postal

Una inolvidable experiencia de cumpleaños en ‘Casa Postal’!!! Al entrar a mi habitación me dieron una maravillosa bienvenida sorpresa con un ‘pastel’ elaborado artísticamente con toallas, y una nota personalizada, que imitaba una postal antigua con el mensaje ‘Bienvenida a Casa’ ‘Feliz Cumple’, en la mesa con deliciosas viandas y una botella de vino. Sin duda un gesto para recordar! En cuanto a mi estancia en este hermoso hotel en el corazón de Querétaro, la disfruté mucho, no solo por el bello y funcional diseño de habitaciones e instalaciones, sino por la limpieza y calidad en el servicio. Especialmente excepcional fue la atención de la Lic FÁTIMA , la gerente del hotel, a quien le agradezco sus atenciones, calidez, eficiencia y profesionalismo. Por lo anterior, para quien busque una experiencia inolvidable, con calidez y confort le recomiendo totalmente elegir CASA POSTAL en su próxima visita a Querétaro!!
