Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece. El acceso al parqueo es muy estrecho y es muy fĂĄcil golpear el carro. Es el tĂpico hotel de carretera a precio de hotel 4 estrellas.
When I first saw the hotel from the street, I thought Iâd made a big mistake booking it. We were pleasantly surprised.
One draw was the included parking, which is secure in the back and has plenty of space.
Avenida Las Americas is a very busy street, but our room was in the back with no street noise.
The location is in easy walking distance to several restaurants and shopping.
The room was super clean and comfortable. Nice fluffy towels. The bed sheets could be of higher quality.
Xela is quite cold at this time of year. Iâve stayed in several hotels there and the lack of heat in the room was never a problem. However, our room was really cold.
Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations and Iâd rate it as the best place Iâve stayed in Xela so far.
When my shuttle driver pulled into the drive, a man outside the hotel entrance shooed us away (despite having a reservation) - not a very good welcome and a sign of what was to come.
I did not stay at the hotel because it would not honour the Expedia rate, despite me showing the confirmation email. The clerks wanted to charge me twice the amount of the quote. No thank you.
The lobby was dark and un inviting, a noisy location, far away from the historic centre (but close to Walmart if thatâs what youâre in Guate for). I stayed at the Casa Elizabeth on 13 Avenida instead, it was basic, but clean and friendly staff. Cannot recommend Hotel Las Americas at all. Donât do it!
Me gusta su ubicacion
NO me gustó que el baño era sin ventilacion o sin extractor. Ademas el desague emanaba mal olor.
Don Erick muy amable y servvicial. Igual las personas de la cafeteria.
