Hôtel bien situé proche de beaucoup de centres d’intérêts et possibilité de garer son véhicule. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de service de blanchisserie. Le personnel que j’ai côtoyé a été pro et à mon écoute. Je recommande.

The room itself is modern and the bed very comfy. Its very close to Rabat Ville Train Station. Internet and TV all worked fine. The negatives - Very noisy as my room overlooked a busy main road. This meant very little sleep for three nights. Upon asking them to move me, they simply said we have no space. The breakfast was bang average, usual boiled eggs, bread and salad. I asked for an English Tea and was told I need to pay extra. The shower flooring has a strange wooden floor/ decking design. Due to the materials used, huge gaps appeared underfoot when showering and alot of brown flies gathered in the bathroom close to the shower. For the price I paid, I am very disappointed. I will not return to AZ Hotel.

The room was not very clean, floors were dusty/dirty, bathroom flooring and tiles weathered and old. “Garden View” consisted of looking outside to close buildings with a non-existent courtyard. The a/c was not cold. We only stayed one night, will definitely seek a different property if we are to ever return in the future. The only positive note, about 10-15 min walk to the shopping area, 5 min walk to train station, but would be difficult if carrying luggage.

Nice hotel

Really nice hotel, well located in the centre of Rabat. Rooms are brand new and clean, quiet place, I slept well. The staff was very professional and answered all my different queries. I definitely recommend this hotel if you look for a modern hotel to stay in Rabat !

Good value for price

Two blocks from Gare Rabat, it’s an above average budget hotel that met all my needs. Semi Japanese style toilet (that sprayed a bit out of control) was a plus. Bathroom was a bit rickety, but still above average for Morocco.
