This typical stone house is situated in a panoramic position about 200 m. from Radicondoli, a characteristic and attractive mediaeval village (population 1.000) situated in a hilly position about 45 km from Siena. Guests can therefore avail of all the facilities available in Radicondoli ( food shops, restaurants, bank, tennis-court, etc.) without having to use the car.

The furnishing, which is a combination of rustic and modern,is highly practical and comfortable. Outside, guests may enjoy the use of a nice, fully equipped private garden and its inviting swimming-pool (5x9 m.) available from May to October.

Details: pax 6+2 / 120 m2: Ground floor - entrance, large living-room with double sofa-bed and satellite TV, dining-room, kitchen (oven, dishwasher and washing machine), 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 bathroom with shower. Private garden and private swimming pool.

The property is proposed as independent accommodation with garden and pool for guests’ exclusive use. On the rear of the building, secluded and provided with own access, is a basement floor where the owners, an elderly couple, live. They are extremely discreet and respectful of guests’ privacy that holidaymakers will hardly experience their presence, but nevertheless available in case of need.

It is compulsory to read all information provided under the DESCRIPTION & HOUSE RULES section before submitting a booking request.

Included in the price: Set of bed and bath linen*, baby cot & highchair, Wi-Fi, pool towels, electricity/water & kitchen gas consumption.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und auch immer erreichbar und alle Anliegen wurden sofort erledigt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und weitestgehend auch so wie im Onlineauftritt gezeigt und beschrieben. Das Sofa und die Sessel im Wohnzimmer sind allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen und verschlissen. Diese gehören eigentlich ausgetauscht. Der Pool hatte leider am Boden grüne Stellen und war auch nicht 100%ig klar. Aufgrund der vielen Stechmücken wäre es auch gut würden an den Fenstern Insektenschutzgitter angebracht werden. Trotz der aufgeführten kleineren Mängel ist der Gastgeber und die Unterkunft zu empfehlen.
