1,500 square foot, two level condo apartment nestled in the mountains of Kootenay National Park at the village of Radium Hot Springs, BC. Located 2.5 hours from the Calgary (Alberta) International Airport, and 1.5 hours from Banff in Banff National Park. An all seasons vacation destination, Radium boasts access to approximately 20 golf courses within minutes to 1 hour distance; 6 of Canada's best ski hills from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours away; the Radium and Fairmont natural hot springs, and outdoor activities galore! Come and enjoy this fabulous vacation destination!

The completely outfitted condo unit includes two bedrooms each with queen sized beds on the main level, and a loft with two double beds on the second floor. Sleeping areas are provided with closets, dresser drawers and bed side tables. Condo sleeps 4 persons (Strata and Radium bylaw). Three full washrooms complete with shower (3) and/or bathtub (2). Towels, and an assortment of soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Fully stocked kitchen with stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and tea pot. Panty and fridge stocked with an assortment of non-parishables and condiments for guest use. In unit air conditioning, heating and clothes washer and drier.

Community pool facility with heated, outdoor swimming pool with sunning deck and furniture (open seasonally from May to October) and outdoor hot tub (open all year). Outdoor children's play ground beside community pool.

Building has an elevator that runs from the underground parkade to third (top) floor where Condo is situated. There is also an access stair well just outside the Condo's front door. One dedicated underground parking stall is provided for guests, with surface parking also available for visitors on a first come first serve basis.

Free high speed internet/wifi and access to streaming services through Roku provided. 44" TV with DVD Player. A selection of board games, cards, books and DVD movies provided.

No smoking, no pets (Strata bylaw).

Two balconies (one off main living area, the second off Master Bedroom) with patio furniture and a BBQ.

Safety features include keyless entry and deadbolt, several smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and emergency stair well just outside the condo unit's front door.

Just minutes walk to downtown Radium with a variety of restaurants and eating and drinking establishments, and grocery and retail stores. 5 minute walk to Radium Springs golf course. 5 minute drive to the Radium Hot Springs, and 15 minutes to the Town of Invermere and Windermere Lake with public swimming beach and access to boating and associated water sports. The lake becomes a long and winding outdoor skating rink in the winter.
