I booked here specifically because there was supposed to be an indoor pool, but we found out when we got there that it was closed. Then we got to the room and there was a plunger sitting outside the door, the ice machine didn’t work on the 4th floor, there was a really long hair on the beat-up looking sheet that covered the comforter, and the comforter was very thin and not very warm at all. Staff was nice enough but it all just felt very run-down.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. However, the room was loud and I could hear doors closing and people walking in the hall. The decor was aging. The pool was closed. The television in the exercise room would not turn on nor would one of the treadmills. The other treadmill worked but you could only run at speeds that ended in 0 (6.0 or 7.0 but not 7.4). Breakfast was fair.

Site didn’t mention pool was down. Found out upon check in. Tried to call to confirm reservation and ask about pool in advance no answer. Phone answer system needs immediate attention. Hotel entry door was old. The whole decor of hotel is outdated. Hotel had bad odor. Room was not cleaned properly. Walked into room with a red straw on floor from previous guests as well as other things. White Duvet had old urine stains. Door was off hinge could see outside of room in space from this. Amenities in room were bad. No coffee pot. Shower took forever to get hot. I felt like I was more at a rest stop motel than nice hotel in lovely area. Would not recommend.

Cleanliness was up to part! Customer service could use some help. I was treated as a burden when I was checking in. Front desk clerk was on his cell phone watching a video. I had to say “ Excuse me to get his attention “ That’s after a minute of standing there. Then he took a call. I stood there another minute. I went to enter my room & the key did not work. That was my sign to go to another hotel. I was too tired to fight for a refund. Parking lot smelled of cigarettes and there was dog poop everywhere.

I only stayed here because they were one of few hotels that had breakfast and indoor pool. Very disappointed I was not told the pool was closed.

Staff was great, very helfull just a few things i did not like the cut off time for breakfas was to early 9:00am, also chairs at dining room material peeling on chairs, and pool was under maintanance dissapointed i chose this hotel because of the indoor pool. Hotel was nice and clean.
