Embassy Experience

My stay at Embassy was awesome Jaylen greeted me. He gave out snacks and explained the amenities.The room was nice and spacious. The pool area has a lounge area. The hotel is beautiful, it has a different layout that I have not seen before and it across from the CabTree Mall. I didn’t get the room I reserved but it was stated it was due to my third party booking but overall it was nice.

Family / Spring break get away. 2025

The stay started out good but then on Saturday morning my niece found a hair in her food, there was no manager on site to communicate with. This was shown to a worker- Josie - who took the evidence and purposely dropped it so we would not have evidence but my daughter had already took a picture of it. Josie was also not very nice to guest and asking guest to move from lounging/ seated areas during breakfast hours. Also if no pets are not allowed in the food area- there needs to be sign posted. This does not bother me in any way but if you are pet friendly- guidance on this matter needs to be posted like the signs posted for no outside food. I saw a couple of guest get upset about that. Needs just a little follow up for employees in these areas . I also was not given a parking sign to put in my car- I had to ask after I did see an employee giving them out to guest the day after my check- in.
